DesignTech Sys is the official distributor of the following Stratasys Production Series Printers in India:
This is one of the most multipurpose printers offered by Stratasys. It not only accelerates and expedites product development and production process but also allows you to build better than ever robust products through effective product design testing, facilitates rapid tooling to achieving utmost precision through various properties and pigments that bring about a solid product development.
Connex3 with triple-jetting technology gives you:
- Great throughput for tooling and prototypes
- Hundreds of two- and three-component Digital Material options
- 14 base material options
- Up to 82 material properties in a single build
- Material hot-swapping for efficient workflow
- Two spacious build-tray sizes
The Objet260 Connex3 lets you play with colors to build some of the most vibrant, vivacious and unbelievably real products through astonishing range of colors to choose from. You can now build products with colors that range from jet black, to bring sunny yellow, to leafy green, oceanic blue, shocking pink, magenta and dozens of shades and hues to mix and match the perfect coloring details that you would want in your product. Pick from 20 palettes - including rich, vivid opaque and stained-glass-like translucent - for vibrant, repeatable color that will astonish and impress the most hard-to-please colleagues, peers and clients. The same triple-jetting technology that makes three-color mixing possible vastly expands your range of material combinations and properties. Combining two or three materials in specific concentrations and microstructures, you can produce a range of Digital Materials with varying translucency, rigidity, thermal resistance or color. You can even produce functionally graded materials.
The Objet1000 Plus is the world’s largest multi-material 3D printer. From full-scale prototypes to fully packed trays of precise, small parts, PolyJet’s signature precision and material range deliver accuracy and aesthetics on a grand scale.
With an ultra-large build tray measuring 1000 x 800 x 500 mm (39.3 x 31.4 x 19.6 in.), the Objet1000 Plus amplifies productivity without sacrificing accuracy. It works largely unattended to produce multi-material parts directly from CAD data, preserving fine details and geometric complexity at any scale.
If seeing believes, holding something this real is knowing for sure. The Stratasys J750 3D Printer lends form and substance to your brightest ideas and boldest ambitions with lifelike colors and materials that make uncertainty obsolete.
Combining imaging, ingenuity, research and resolve, your team has modeled something truly amazing. Hold it in your hands without extra steps and stipulations. New features, available only on the Stratasys J750, will change the way you look at 3D printing.
- Automatic color mapping
- Easy material selection
- Finer layers and faster 3D printing
- Detail and realism
Streamline your workflow starting with PolyJet Studio. This new software offers an intuitive interface that makes it easy to choose materials, optimize the build and manage print queues. It also significantly improves shell-based color assignment for STL and shell-based VRML files; an intuitive user interface; and ability to add color textures and gradients, saving you time during build preparation.
The Fortus 900mc 3D Production System builds durable, accurate, repeatable parts as large as 914 x 610 x 914 mm (36 x 24 x 36 in.). With nine material options, it’s suitable for building fixtures, factory tooling and end-use parts, as well as the most demanding 3D prototyping. This machine features two material bays for maximum uninterrupted production. Materials include high-performance thermoplastics for biocompatibility, static dissipation and resistance to heat and chemicals. With three layer thicknesses to choose from, you can strike just the right balance between fine feature detail and FDM’s fastest build. Fortus 900mc throughput is more than twice that of the Fortus 250mc.
Build parts as large as 355 x 305 x 305 mm (14 x 12 x 12 in.) significantly faster than the Fortus 360mc, especially for complex geometries. The Fortus 380mc offers the same fast build time as the 400mc, and works with seven standard and engineering thermoplastics.
Build parts as large as 406 x 355 x 406 mm (16 x 14 x 16 in.). The Fortus 450mc works with 9 standard, engineering and high-performance thermoplastics.
