This Use Case highlights the DesignTech Engineering Services team’s adeptness to modify original designs to develop new, unconventional designs for specific needs. In this Use Case, the Automotive team at the DesignTech Engineering Services division redesigned a minivan into a wheelchair accessibility van, while building robust functionalities with excellent performance, and enhancing the overall aesthetics of the conveyance vehicle.

This Use Case serves as a pointer to the capabilities possessed by the DesignTech Engineering Services team to deliver on turnkey projects such as Plant, Equipment, and Piping Design for the Food and Process Industry. It covers the objectives and scope of work as stated by the customer, and the approach undertaken by the team to design a plant layout that matches customer expectations while also adhering to all industry standards, ASME codes, and compliances for quality and safety.

DesignTech Engineering Services team possesses extensive experience of working on the Electric Vehicle segment, including two wheelers, four wheelers, from parts and components level design and development analysis, BIW development, to automotive styling and surfacing. This Use Case highlights the contributions made by the team in the design and development of specific plastic parts for an electric two-wheeler.
