The DesignTech Engineering Services team possesses vast experience of working in the Heavy Engineering domain. Right from working on earth-moving equipment to large industrial bulk material handling machines, the team has extensively worked in the area of design, validation, optimization, and design-for-manufacturing in this sector. This domain poses unique challenges due to the sheer scale and size of the equipment and machines you work on. But because we have worked with some of the large multinational and indigenous companies in this area, we have gained rich experience, insights, and understanding on working on large volume, large scale, and large size equipment. This particular project talks about our contributions in the design and development of a bulk material handling machine apron conveyor, being able to carry a large amount of industrial waste. Creating a structure to perform at the highest efficiency, productivity and capacity was challenging, yet exciting and innovative. We are happy and fortunate to have had an opportunity to work with diverse industries that have enriched our experience and confidence in working on specialised engineering projects that require expert acumen.
