The DesignTech Engineering Services team possesses vast experience of working in the Heavy Engineering domain. Right from working on earth-moving equipment to large industrial bulk material handling machines, the team has extensively worked in the area of design, validation, optimization, and design-for-manufacturing in this sector. This domain poses unique challenges due to the sheer scale and size of the equipment and machines you work on. But because we have worked with some of the large multinational and indigenous companies in this area, we have gained rich experience, insights, and understanding on working on large volume, large scale, and large size equipment. This particular project talks about our contributions in the design and development of a bulk material handling machine apron conveyor, being able to carry a large amount of industrial waste. Creating a structure to perform at the highest efficiency, productivity and capacity was challenging, yet exciting and innovative. We are happy and fortunate to have had an opportunity to work with diverse industries that have enriched our experience and confidence in working on specialised engineering projects that require expert acumen.

Designing a structure for natural growth! DesignTech Engineering Services team has worked on designing piping structures and layouts for Oil Refineries in the Process Industry to Greenhouses in the Horticulture Segment. This particular Use Case elaborates on our work in the area of designing piping structures for appropriate temperature control in a greenhouse.

DesignTech Engineering Services team’s experience ranges from development of concept designs for Automotive fitments and components, to generating parametric designs of fixtures and test probes for consumer electronics and goods, and more. In this Use Case, the team utilized their experience in parametric designing and design-for-manufacturing combined with targeted industry expertise and insights to design and develop test fixtures and test probes for a company in Consumer Electronics.

DesignTech Engineering Services team’s comprehensive experience in inter-disciplinary verticals helps us add value to cross-domain engineering projects, ensuring we meet the project objective unfailingly. This particular project required the team to extrapolate and bring in insights and expertise from automotive, heavy engineering, agricultural equipment, and general manufacturing to design a universal tractor cabin that would fit a specific range of tractors.
